We made it home on September 15th. We have been busy since we got home so I am a bit late in updating my blog. We are settled and back enjoying the things we like to do. We did not do too much in Colorado Spring. We had a problem with the RV so time was spent getting that fixed. We did take a trip to Cripple Creek one day and were surprise the number of casino's that were there. We have a great lunch but did not gamble.
To finish our trip, we left Colorado Springs and decide
d to take the mountain route home. We have friends (Marcia & Fred Miller) that summer in Lakeside, AZ so we decided to stop there for a couple of days. They have a lovely home in Lakeside with tremendous views. Marcia & Fred invited us to a delicious dinner. We had a nice visit sitting on the screened porch enjoying the view and catching up. The following day they took us for a ride to Greer for lunch and then a little shopping. We were so happy we stopped to visit.The 2011 travel have concluded.
